Low Carb On The Go

Following a Low Carb diet can be challenging, especially when you're on the go a lot. Besides the delicious HEYFRIDA Energy Bars, we have listed some on the go snacks that we enjoy when we run out of HEYFRIDAs.

  • Any other canned fish, preferably on olive oil, like mackerel, salmon or tuna

Pro-tip: dip them in some mayonnaise mixed with curry or other spices (extra fat!)

  • Full fat greek yoghurt (our favorite brand is Peak Yogurt, the plain version)

  • Hard boiled eggs

  • Ample Meal Replacement Shake (heavy stevia taste though)

  • Prep a keto smoothie (avocado + cacao nibs + almond milk + erythritol = delish)

  • Fat coffee (coffee + butter = yum)
